Our DTF Gang Sheets pack as many designs as you want onto one continuous
roll, printed edge-to-edge with direct-to-film technology and a soft,
durable finish that holds up to repeated washing. Each sheet is cut to your
chosen width and length, so you decide exactly how much artwork goes on —
mix logos, names, and designs on a single sheet to cut down on setup and
shipping.
DTF transfers are heat-applied to fabric — t-shirts, hoodies, tote bags,
hats — with a heat press. The design presses on with the adhesive powder
already applied, so there's no weeding, no cutting around letters, and no
white underbase to set up separately.

We stand behind every DTF transfer we print. If your order arrives misprinted, damaged in transit, or doesn't match the design you approved, reach out within 1 day of delivery with photos of the issue and we'll reprint or refund it — no questions asked.
This guarantee covers printing and shipping defects. It doesn't cover
issues from custom artwork errors the customer approved at checkout, or peeling/cracking caused by incorrect pressing (wrong temperature, time, or
pressure) or improper wash care after application.
Pressing Instructions
DTF transfers need a heat press (or home iron on a firm, flat surface) to
bond properly:
- Pre-press the garment for 30 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.
- Position the transfer film side up, design facing down, on the garment.
- Press at 350°F for 15 seconds at [medium/firm] pressure.
- Let the transfer cool for 15 seconds, then peel the film away — check your film type, as some peel hot and some peel cold.

Shipping
Orders print in 2 business days and ship via UPS. Estimated delivery is 3-5 business days after printing, depending on your location. You'll get tracking by email once your order ships.
Returns
Because DTF gang sheets are custom-printed to order, we can't accept
returns for buyer's remorse or sizing changes after printing has started.

Art Upload Recommendations
For the sharpest print, upload artwork that meets these specs:
- File types: PNG or PDF with a transparent background (preferred), or JPG/AI/PSD if that's what you have
- Resolution: 300 DPI at the size you want printed — low-res files will look soft or pixelated once enlarged
- Color mode: RGB
- Background: Keep the background fully transparent — anything opaque around your design will print as a visible box on the garment
- Text: Outline or convert fonts to paths so nothing shifts or substitutes on our end
- Fine detail: Avoid ultra-thin lines or tiny text under [X]pt — they can lift during pressing or washing
