with a puffed, embossed texture instead of sitting flat on the surface, so
it reads like an embroidered patch at a glance but prints with sharp,
full-color detail embroidery can't match.

patch ships with a heat-activated adhesive backing, ready to press directly
onto fabric.

misprinted, damaged in transit, or doesn't match the design you approved,
reach out within [X] days of delivery with photos of the issue and we'll reprint or refund it — no questions asked.
This guarantee covers printing and shipping defects. It doesn't cover issues from custom artwork errors the customer approved at checkout, or adhesion/puff-flattening caused by incorrect pressing (wrong temperature, time, or pressure) or wash care after application.
Pressing Instructions
Raised 3D patches need a heat press (or home iron on a firm, flat surface)
to bond the adhesive backing properly:
- Pre-press the garment for 2-3 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.
- Position the patch adhesive-side down where you want it.
- Cover the patch with a Teflon sheet or parchment paper to protect the puffed texture from direct heat.
- Press at [X]°F for [X] seconds at [medium/firm], even pressure — avoid rocking the press, which can flatten the puff unevenly.

Shipping
Orders print in 2 business days and ship via UPS. Estimated delivery is 3-5 business days after printing, depending on your location. You'll get tracking by email once your order ships.
Returns
Because raised 3D patches are custom-printed to order, we can't accept returns for buyer's remorse or sizing/shape changes after printing has started. If there's a print defect or shipping damage, see our Satisfaction Guarantee above — we'll make it right within 1 day of delivery.
Art Upload Recommendations
For the sharpest print and cleanest puff effect, upload artwork that meets
these specs:
- File types: PNG or PDF with a transparent background (preferred), or JPG/AI/PSD if that's what you have
- Resolution: 300 DPI at the size you want printed — low-res files will look soft or pixelated once enlarged
- Color mode: RGB
- Bold, simple shapes: The puff effect works best on clean outlines and solid fills — very fine lines, tiny text, or intricate detail can soften or blur once raised
- Outline for die-cut: If you're choosing the die-cut shape, make sure your design has a clear, closed outline so we can cut cleanly around it
- Text: Keep lettering thick and outline/convert fonts to paths so nothing shifts or substitutes on our end
